Free US shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Typical delivery within the United States is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

How to return

To start a return, email hello@duskwell.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll send you simple return instructions.

Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days. We’ll email you as soon as it’s processed.

Damaged or wrong item

If anything arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo at hello@duskwell.com within 30 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
